This is a physically active job where you will be responsible for cleaning, vacuuming, washing, dusting, mopping and sanitizing all areas and surfaces of our clients’ homes. Open Positions
As a professional house cleaner, you’ll play a vital role in making homes look their best. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and providing that signature Crystal’s Cleaners attention to detail. Part Time or Full Time, if desired
Lead a small team of cleaners, ensuring high standards and efficient work. Team leaders are responsible for managing schedules, client relationships, and delivering exceptional service every time.
FAQ
Where will I be working?
We clean homes all around the Denver Metro area. You can select jobs close to home or travel a bit farther if you want more cleans.
When will I be working?
Most cleans are Monday through Friday from 9:00-5:00. There may be some evenings and weekends. You select the jobs you want directly in our booking app.
Do I work alone or in a team?
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed solo or by one cleaning technician. You must have your own vehicle to carry cleaning supplies and to get to and from the cleaning sites. Each day you are dispatched directly from your home.
How do I check my schedule?
We use a mobile app that is updated real time. You will always have access to your schedule right from your smartphone.
Am I considered an employee or a contractor?
You will be considered an independent contractor or 1099 contractor under the law. This means you provide your own supplies (unless your customers ask to use their own), you pick up the jobs you want when and where you want them, and make more money over all!
How much will I make?
We pay on average, $25-$35/ hour plus tips.
How do I get paid?
We pay through direct deposit to your bank account every Friday.
